Is my scale accurate?

For the past three weeks, I was using my aunts scale in Florida, and felt as if that scale was way more better at showing my fluctuations and weight, etc.

So, I moved down to Virginia and was able to find my old scale (The Brand is : Kinzi), I’ve always been skeptical with that one, but I mean it still showed me wether my weight was going up or down, and does show fluctuations. But, these past few days (4 days), my weight has been going down a pound a day and the . number hasn’t been changing at all. Here’s a picture.

Is my scale right or should I buy a new one? It’s just odd that I’m losing a pound a day and the . Isn’t changing, I don’t mind losing a pound a day but that usually wasn’t the case after my first week of weight loss, it all slowed down (finally burning the fat I guess). Idk, anyone that knows what’s up, let me know.

Thank You

It could be that you are losing a bit more right now. It's four days.

Worry about it when it happens for more than four days, or even four weeks.

You have a long way to go and you are really super-focused on perceived problems in all of your questions and threads.

Just keep doing the right thing. Eat well, take a walk every day.

Not a whole lot of difference between 348 and 345, especially since the more you weigh the larger are the weight fluctuations due to the huge amount of fluids in your system. So many things can be causing up to 10 pounds of swing. I wouldn't put too much credence in any regular $30 scale. Try one at the gym or the doctors' office.

Thanks for the reply! Haha, guess I’m paranoid. I’ve never been this successful with weight loss before, and I guess I wanna just make sure I’m doing it right. Thank You again 😃

It will happen, but not nearly as quickly as you would like.

Wait till you get to within 20 pounds of goal, you've spent two years working on it and for the life of you can't lose that next pound.

I guess what I'm saying is settle in for the long haul. It's a grind sometimes, sometimes it's way easier than others. Rejoice in weeks like this one. Just don't get too comfortable with them.

I lost most of my weight without a scale. It broke when I had lost about 30 pounds and I had nearly 50 more to lose. It was good for me to not obsess about that weight number.
