Incredible Chocolate Brownies!!!

So you mash up 2 very ripe bananas and beat in 1 cup of brown sugar and half a cup of cocoa. Then add 2 large eggs, a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Fold in 1 cup of plain flour and a 100g block of dark chocolate that has been bashed up into little pieces. Put into a tin ( mine is about 6"x9" ) lined with greaseproof paper and bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180c. Oh and I added a few white chocolate stars to make it pretty! You could make these even lower in fat by cutting out the chocolate chunks and I think they'd still be delicious, or even just by cutting into smaller servings. Anyway they're bloomin' nice so have a go!
