millionth time trying. am at a breaking point. want to get healthy and feel fit for the first time. Need all the help i can get.

Think about how happy you’ll be once it’s all over and if I may add you need to consider if you’ll be happy once you loose the weight.1

It helped me to write out a list of reasons of why I want to lose weight. It’s definitely worth having a buddy to chat with on a weekly basis who can motivate and inspire and be there through the tough days. You’ve got this!0
