I had Bariatic sleeve surgery and I’m supposed to keep a food diary and it is hard to find my servicing sizes on here. Is there a way to In our that. Because I can only eat about 3 to 4 tablespoons of food right now and I choose this app because it links to my scale I purchased

Do you have a food scale? I would weigh your food in grams. Most foods in the database list grams as an option, and if not, they usually have ounces which is a fairly easy conversion. Unfortunately, a lot of foods just aren't entered in tablespoon measurements.5

I had sleeve surgery - like the previous poster said, try measuring in ounces. One ounce =2 tablespoons usually, so you can measure and log based on that.3

Hello. I am one week post op after a sleeve surgery. Did anyone else feel like they can’t get in enough protein or hydration.1

That's fairly normal at one week post op. I am 11 months post-op now and get 80oz+ in liquid daily (I'll be at 112 today) , plus 100g + of protein.2
