I JUST downloaded this app for my Blackberry on Monday, and have been due diligent in counting and measuring.
As of this morning, I've lost 5lbs!

I can't believe how much I used to eat. This is going to keep me motivated and more conscientious of my food intake. :D

    You're off to a great start! I also started on Monday, have lost 4 lbs. The food database is awesome -- so helpful in keeping track of our food intake. Plus, ther'e so much helpful information on the Community tab, in the message boards. This is a great app and it works seamlessly with smartphones.
