I have been using the My Fitness Pal to track my carbohydrates, protein, and fat intake. My caloric goal everyday is 3200 calories. I love working out and have gotten into bodybuilding just over a month and a half ago. I have found that this application is great for helping me track my diet. I know the application is made for weight loss and I am using for the wrong reason but it has helped me make sure I get enough nutrients, protein, carbohydrates, and fats in my diet.
In my first month of bodybuilding managed to gain 4.5lbs and stayed at 9% body fat. This was a huge increase from someone who already spent 5 days a week in the gym. I have learned a lot and am willing to offer any advice I can to help others reach their weight loss or weight gain goals.

Hi I am new-ish to my fitness pal too and am also trying to gain weight rather than lose. I started to get fed up of people calling me skinny, I eat loads but nothing seems to help me in gaining the pounds (in 5 years i've managed to gain 1 stone). I'm hoping to gain another stone but trying to do it healthily. Can you offer any tips to gain weight without filling up on junk food and that won't break the bank either. I don't want to start cooking seperate meals just for me-I have a young family too! Any tips on exercise too?0

I would be more than happy to help you. If you don't mind you could message me a sample of your diet and exercise for a day. I can then go from there and help you tune your diet and exercise.0
