Stopped working out, started socially drinking in 2014. I gained 50 pounds, high blood pressure and fatty liver in the last 5 years.

I started watching my food intake and working out yesterday, June 10th. Dont have any support at home.....and that is what has made my last attempts to lose weight hard.

Reading your stories has modivated me to start this journey. Hoping to continue finding that support in your stories and sharing my story with you in a couple of months.
