How do you adjust calories as you loose weight? Does the app adjust automatically?

The change is very minor, so at the most, reset your goal 50%, 75% and 100% as you progress to target weight unless losing 150+ lbs.

It adjusts automatically. My target has dropped a couple times over the last two months.

My target just shifted a few days ago, all on its own. It's usually a pretty small shift at any given point, so it can be easy to miss when it happens.

It's automatic. I just lose 3 lbs and it took 10 calories from me :(

I've never had it adjust automatically on the web version. Maybe that's an app thing?

    Dunno.

But on the web, you have to go to Goals/View guided setup/Save to get the change. It prompts me every 10 pounds to go in and do that.

Unless something changed in the last few months...

In my experience, it doesn't adjust automatically if you have manually adjusted your calories goal.

I think you're right. If you're not using the default settings, then the app won't overwrite what you've set. It only updates automatically if you're using the MFP settings rather than manually adjusting your goals.
