New & Feeling lost and must lose 100lbs

I’m not sure how to start I have just finished 2 days of food journaling ( first day good second day not so good) but I was honest and today I have done my 100 sit ups (have to lose tummy so I don’t go for back surgery). Stay at home mom with no money so looking for ways to do it at home. Need support as I don’t have any where I’m living at

The journey of 1000 miles begins with 1 step. I still have over 100 pounds to lose as well. The food journal will help keep you accountable, keep it up. You will learn how to make healthier choices. It's not easy, especially if everyone else in the house is eating junk (like in my house). Just move more. Walk around the block. How old are your kids? If they are young enough, take them to a park, and make nature bracelets they will have fun and you get steps in. Don't give up.
