Weight fluctuation

Hello guys!
Can someone tell me please whats about weight fluctuation!
Its getting furestrating and kinda disppointing, when i weigh myself one day a number and wake up find myself 3 pounds or 2 pounds more, while i exersice and count calories.
I do cardio and weight lifting.
Yesterday for example i just walked, and no weight lifting, and all of sudden today i weighted 3 pounds more than yesterday, while nothing has changed in my diet.
If someone has same experince or explanation i would greatly appreciate you insight abiut this.

Weight fluctuations can be caused by a great number of things. Your bowel movements, exercise, medications, inflammation, the batteries in your scale, etc. The hard part is being patient.
Log absolutely everything in a diary, see what you can spot. For now, take a deep breath, count to 10 and relax.1 -

Its not easy, but its kida disppointing, i will take by you advice though

A weight trending app such as happy scale or libra can help a lot with letting you see the progress through the fluctuations.3

I literally fluctuate 10 pounds (sometimes more) every week. As long as I'm doing what I need to be doing, and keep heading in the right direction, it all evens out with eventual weight loss in the end.1

To gain a pound, you have to eat 3500 calories over your maintenance calorie number. So, to gain 3 pounds in a hour, that would be a 10,500 calorie binge over maintenance. Did you do that?!? Pretty confident your answer is no. Right?
Our bodies (especially female bodies) do crazy things with water weight.
I weigh every day, first thing in the morning, after peeing, naked. (Not multiple times per day, though.) Weighing every day taught me a lot of things about my body. I'll go up 2-3 pounds after spaghetti for dinner. I go up 2-3 pounds a couple days before my period starts, and it sticks around til after my period stops. I'll go up 3-4 pounds after drinking alcohol and that will stick around for about 4 days. I gain water weight when I fly, and when I have a sunburn. But none of these upticks are fat gain. Knowledge is power.4 -

Yiu are very right, and no i did not eat yesterday those calories actually i ate less than my calories, thats why i got down when i weighted myself and found as if i gained 3 pounds.
But i will keep read and keep my eyes open to learn more about my body!

The grey is water weight, the orange is 'stuff' in your gut and the blue is fat.
The blue dotted line is shows fat going down, the red line shows total weight that you'd see on the scale and how it can mask progress.1 -

The first rule is don't weigh yourself more than once a day. More than that can be a tad on the obsessive side. First thing in the morning after going to the toilet, naked is normally the best time to weigh for greatest consistency.1 -
Weight fluctuations are totally normal. On Friday I was the highest I'd been in a long time. By Sunday I was down 3 pounds. That's just the way it works. It's not fat fluctuations. I didn't gain or lose that much fat in a few days. Its probably all water.
That's why a weight tracking app is so beneficial.0
