Can anybody tell me what I had for lunch?

I work for a japanese company, and often eat lunch in the canteen. Usually there are healthy choices and I can guesstimate what I've had in the way of calories - I know it's a ball park figure but so far I don't feel I've made any really bad calls and the weight has been coming off steadily so I'm happy with how things have been going.
Today I had a japanese dish which the canteen called ton buri. It consisted of finely minced beef and vegetables mixed up with rice which had been cooked in a fish stock, topped with some pickled ginger and some kind of noodle, and served with fish stock poured over. (I thought it was really tasty). Delving into the internet I see that tonburi is a kind of sea vegetable but I can't see anything that seems anything like what I ate - does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks :-)

    just add it up separately:

    beef ounces
    oil
    stock
    vegetables
    etc.

or are you just wanting to know what you ate, and not the exact caloric content?

according to google, tonburi, is a seed type of a garnish. Also known as "land cavier"...Maybe you could find out from a co-worker.

try 'donburi' i think the spelling edit will help you

Usually I can find something in the food database or on the internet which sounds close enough for me use for logging purposes but so far I haven't had much luck with this... You're right I can estimate the components, though because everything was so mushed up it's a bit tricky to visualise.
