I’m so happy I took before pictures, even though I hated it at the time.
I am down 12 pounds. I still have 5-8 more pounds to go. It’s been 4 months, so slow but steady.

I gained a lot of weight when I got hit with awful postpartum after having my surrogate baby 2.5 years ago. With the help of anti depressants (no shame! They saved my life!) and my amazing partner, I am on the path to a better me.

I have never been “fit” but now that is my goal. I want to be the best, strongest and healthiest version of me. My partner is amazing, she goes to the gym 6-7 days a week and has been my motivation. She has helped me learn how-and-what to do at the gym. She is my biggest cheerleader and support.

I just need to keep my head in the game
To get to my end goal and then learn how to do maintenance.

You go girl!! Congratulations on the progress! 👍🏻 I know what you mean about taking the before pictures, but I feel so blessed that I did too so that I can tell the difference now and actually realize it!
