What is your crutch word? Do you say "you know" constently? Or "uh" at every pause? Or the dreaded "like uh"?

Discuss.

"So" is my word. Sometimes it starts the sentence, sometimes it ends the sentence. I've recently noticed this "so" I am trying to not do it "so" much any more.

Hm. I say "know what I mean," a lot, but not annoyingly so.

Funny. I used to work at a radio station and when a caller would use what I called a stalling word (like, um, ah, well, etc. ) I'd hang up. Was probably the best part of the whole call in section.

"Bob in New Orleans your on the air."
    "Hi, Umm..." click

"anyway" - I use it all the time when I start saying too much and have gone off the point, or when I'm writing emails, then I have to go back and delete a few
