Looking for suggestions for my macros

My question is what should my Macro percentages look like? Protein/Fat & Carbs. If anyone has a general rule to follow I am all ears!

I was a fad diet junkie. I want to stop. I love watching my 600 lb life and watching people overcome their addiction.

So I have decided to follow Dr. Now's advice. Eat a low carb high protein 1200/day diet. 3 meals no snacking.I am also giving up my diet coke. (oh & weigh & measure food & excercise)

So now - I am tracking my meals, building recipes, adding exercise and feeling positive about my choice.

    Hello! Have you tried using healthyeater.com? It's a good macro calculator. Mine is 40.5 percent carbs, 29.5% protein, and 30% fat.
