counting macros ???

i dont understand how to count macros on home cooked meals????

    I cook at home. I just enter each ingredient alone, then save the list as a meal, i.e. chicken chili, so next time I can just call up that meal. Make sense?

    Have you used the recipe builder at all? That's my preferred way to track homemade foods.

    use the recipe builder and enter each ingredient separately using appropriate database entries with info listed. should all add up :)

    the recipe builder, as others have said. i couldn't make my (in)famous chili without it!

    As you add ingredients to the recipe builder, be sure to double check them. There's a glitch with the cheddar cheese (one of many entries for it--the others don't do this) so that if you change the portion, it makes 1/2 a cup count as 3,000 or so calories!
