Supplements are never a replacement for food no matter how rich the nutrient content. Due to the way today's food are produced, i.e. chemical latent crops and processing, foods lack the rich nutrient content they should have. That is why an apple a day today will not keep the doctor away. I feel we actually need high quality supplements today for everyday well-being for those exercise regularly and for those who do not. It is vitally important. Cereal and cereal bars won't cut it. Sorry lol.

Ok. So what is your expertise? Your degree or professional certifications that give you better access to this kind of information? Or do you have a source for this info with some scientific credential? I don't want to take advice from an anonymous Internet stranger, so just looking for some context. Thanks!4
