Hi, my name is Chrissy/Christina. New here. Just trying to lose weight for my health. Just like everyone else here. I am kinda intimated at my gym, but lifted weights today anyway. Felt really great afterwards. I am trying to make eating healthy choices a priority now. I am tired of being heavy....:(( Been on weightwatchers for a long time well since november, but not really seeing mass improvements. So I think this app is going to help me!!! Thanks all-

Same goal here! Just joined the app today and did some running for the first time in a long time. Really just wanna feel healthier and happier and I think getting some exercise will definitely help me with that!
