Hi I have been at the gym for 3 weeks weight lifting. Are there any tips or facts anyone can give me to as how long it takes to show weight loss. Also does weight lifting removed belly fat? Thanks.

While you build muscle in the gym, you revel it in the kitchen. What is your calorie goal and how much are you trying to lose per week?4

Calorie deficit for weight loss.
Exercise for health, strength, asthetics, etc.

Calorie defecit is the only way to get rid of belly fat. Sadly you don't get to choose where your body loses it either. Mostly genetics.
I lift and was quite over weight when I started. 4 months on and I can see the difference now, quite alot actually.
Good luck!1 -
In addition to the good and accurate advice you've been given above, I would also point out that it has only been 3 weeks. Not much is going to show after that short a time. Both increase in fitness and weight loss takes time and patience. You didn't develop that belly fat in a few weeks did you?0
