Lost 13% of my BW since November.

Spent last year training powerlifting and put on a lot of weight (mostly fat but also muscle). Tipped the scales at my meet in October at 205 lbs which is the heaviest I've ever weighed. Hit all my goals at my meet and decided to get lean in 2019. I'm now 179 on my way to whatever weight will put me under 15% BF (probably around 165 or so). I'm currently losing about a pound a week, so I'm hoping I can get there by the end of the summer. All this simply by using MFP, a food scale, and a bathroom scale. You can do it too with patience and a plan!
