From Scotland , running an intermittent fasting 16:8 diet done 0 exercise and lost 6lbs in a month . Once this is done going to be hitting the weights hard to add some more size to my frame . Add if you like2

I need supportive and nonjudgmental friends. We all have our days where we have a few extra carbs or calories, so all are forgiven. We can’t be so strict on ourselves because that sometimes makes us want to give up. Be strong, but not so hard on yourselves. ☺️1
