Hi everyone,I'm new on here I go to gym 3 times a week which I enjoy only down side is keeping up with the protein and carbs I need to intake,its so draining to get it right !!! :)
Any advice welcome ! X :)

    Sounds like me! It’s always a battle! Been going to the gym and had a personal fitness training session which does help!
