Good for you. Eating the same thing every day will get boring, though, and you might not get enough of some vitamins and minerals. Humans are designed to eat lots of different things, so eat something else sometimes!
Did you know that you have a personal blog / status on MFP where you can post information about yourself? Most people use the forums to ask questions or get opinions from other members.
Also, please don't post all in capital letters. It's difficult to read, and it looks like you're shouting.14 -
Sounds like you are making good progress.
I guess is fine to eat same every day - you are eating one meal the same and other different things to make up the total, so overall there is some variety.
and if you get bored with that meal, just change it to something else. Or don't if you keep being satisfied with it, , doesnt matter.

I'm similar actually, for lunch it's the same style salad but I spice it up abit with different dressings or abit of mustard.
Hungry now thinking about it.2 -
I eat pretty much the same lunch every day. Breakfast is usually one of two options. I find this simplifies the shopping/prepping/tracking/eating process immensely. My variety comes with dinner.6

My weeks are pretty similar from Mon - Thurs. I eat tons of vegetables/salads, a lot of fish, and various frittata combinations. I have found I am not that invested in food during those days so I take the opportunity to eat a high amount of low calorie and nutritious foods so I can eat more of what I want on the days I do care more.2

I have the same breakfast every morning. I really enjoy it, and start looking forward to it at bedtime.
Lunch is generally a large salad with some kind of chopped meat or grilled fish, and some balsamic vinegar in lieu of a caloric dressing.
Dinner is where I change things up. I generally try to have leftovers to put on my salad the next day.
And, I guess I’m in a rut, but evening snack is almost always cottage cheese, frozen blueberries, a spoonful of grape nuts cereal, and some blueberry vinegar.
Not the most exciting menu in the world, but works for me and it’s all tasty!
Good job in the weight loss. I found that getting myself out there helped me lose weight, and losing weight made me less self conscious about getting out there. Wishing you the same!1 -
Congrats on taking some control of your weight and good job so far.
The exercise will be fun!
I eat a lot of different food, I feel better that way. Hopefully you'll keep searching for ways to eat different things. Good luck :flowerforyou:0 -
Great progress!!
I have eaten the same breakfast and lunch for about 4 months. I took about a week off at one point, but otherwise I don't find myself getting bored. It can work for a lot of people - consistency and the feeling of sticking with something that works has definitely helped my mindset.0 -
Of the all cap posts I have seen this one is the most justified because he is shouting about some really good progress and finding a way that works.

That sounds delicious! Rib eye is my favorite. Congratulations on all the progress!0

Sounds like you're doing great! I tend to eat the same things for breakfast, lunch (switch up salad dressing and meat though) and my snack. Dinner is usually half a plate of veggies and a protein. I've been trying to get more creative with vegetables and recipes now that I'm 6 months in. Good luck!0
