Hey folks. I want to quit my job and buy an island. Can you tell me what HRM is most accurate for lottery numbers? I read online that a chest strap is best for this but I don't want people to think I'm wearing a bra.

Hmm. Wear a bra if you want. It IS your island.2

Tie a bit of string around your chest, put on a bralette, and guess at the numbers.
For that brilliant piece of advice I want to come to the island too.
I could fit in your suitcase, am a pretty good cook, but a bit rusty on a bike.
My preference is somewhere warm like the Caribbean. (You could then make your bra out of coconuts, what a plus)
Cheers, h.

I pulled up my TDEE calculations for two months over the winter when I was running with a Garmin Vivoactive and wearing a chest strap. I was also using my Vivoactive to count steps and MFP to log strength training and shoveling snow. One of or a combination of these things is trying to starve me to death. Proof that activity trackers are only estimates:
January 2017
[total calories consumed+(total lbs lostx3500)]/days=TDEE
[53563+((241.6-232.7)3500)]/31
2732.7
total calories burned/days=Garmin estimated TDEE
78886/31=2544.7
Garmin TDEE-TDEE=calorie discrepancy
2544-2732=-188
February 2017
[total calories consumed+(total lbs lostx3500)]/days=TDEE
[48180+((230.9-223.3)x3500)]/28
2670.7
total calories burned/days=Garmin estimated TDEE
700009/28=2500.3
Garmin TDEE-TDEE=calorie discrepancy
2500-2670=-1701 -
What lotto numbers did you decide on? I like 17. If you win with the number 17 I need 1/6th the winnings
Or a timeshare on the island. I am also partial to the Caribbean.1 -
So how you gone win the lottery .Do you have supernatural skills ?I know only one way how to increase the chance . lottolytics.today here you can get easily statistic of past lottery drawing numbers for a given day across years of data, in one place. If you want to be rich and have plenty of money in the bank in order to live the good life, don’t look to the lottery to make it happen.-1
