Need a high calorie/low colesterol/low protein food.

As I begin to maintain after losing 20 lbs I need to bridge my daily calorie deficit of 800 calories with something low cholesterol and low protein. Any ideas?

Pasta, rice, oats, that sort of thing?

Peanut butter. High calories for a low volume, and not *that* much protein.0

Coming off a deficit is really hard. I kept logging for a very long time (more than a year).
The best way to eat your protein is with some fat. So leave the chicken skin on, add olive oil to your stir fry, put butter on your brown rice, that sort of thing.0
