I am new here. I'm 66 and have many health issues plus a nuro-muscler disease that's affects my moving.
I am on a ketoish diet. I do 25 grams or less of carbs a day. But I have totally lost my apatite. So loss is slow.

Hello, I hope you do well with Fitness Pal and the tools it offers. I use the calorie counter and exercise calorie counter. The best thing I do is drink four to five glasses of water a day. I am 65 years old but struggle with this creeping weight gain. I used to only gain weight in the winter and take it off in the summer but now I seem to gaine a half a pound every time I go to a restaurant. 🤤 I do seem to maintain or lose weight if I track but I need someone to help me be accountable.0
