Welcome, Kristen We are all here to support you as you get fit and healthy I've been here since 2014 with faithful logging every day! It pays off to see exactly what you eat daily so that you will know where to start to make changes. I encourage you to make this an important routine in your day. There's many here trying to lose or gain weight and many seeking to maintain. I have a lot to lose, and I'm in no hurry. I want to do it right once and for all. So what I'm changing is negative attitude and bad habits. I soak up advise and suggestions from all the many good people on MFP, and I put into practice what best fits my lifestyle and capabilities. My profile and diary are open because I feel feedback is necessary and welcome. And I love to see others' open diaries because it gives me ideas for meals or foods that I haven't thought about that would fit into my nutrition plan.
