    Welcome, Kristen :) We are all here to support you as you get fit and healthy :) I've been here since 2014 with faithful logging every day! It pays off to see exactly what you eat daily so that you will know where to start to make changes. I encourage you to make this an important routine in your day. There's many here trying to lose or gain weight and many seeking to maintain. I have a lot to lose, and I'm in no hurry. I want to do it right once and for all. So what I'm changing is negative attitude and bad habits. I soak up advise and suggestions from all the many good people on MFP, and I put into practice what best fits my lifestyle and capabilities. My profile and diary are open because I feel feedback is necessary and welcome. And I love to see others' open diaries because it gives me ideas for meals or foods that I haven't thought about that would fit into my nutrition plan. I hope you log in every day and make lots of good friends to support you. If you'd like a new friend in me, shoot me a request B)
