Vitamin water zero calories? How?

Looking at the back of vitamin water zero it claims zero calories but it has 5carbs.... can someone tell me how this is possible?

In the US, if a product has less than 5 calories per serving, it can be labelled as zero calories. It looks like the zero calorie Vitamin Water products are sweetened with stevia and erythritol. Stevia has no carbs or calories. Erythitol is a sugar alcohol, which counts as a carb for labelling but it is not digested and only provides about 0.2 calories/gram.7
