    I’m in! Need to hold myself accountable in my goals to get healthy! My goals for the next 30 days:
    -drink at least 6 glasses of water per day
    -exercise 3 days/week
    -walk 5x week
    -Change after dinner snacking habits (2x/week vs nightly)

    What are your goals?
