Hello Fitness Pals.... I'm baaack! Have a lot more weight to lose now. Motivated to avoid crossing from pre-diabetes to diabetes. Am doing intermittent fasting the past 2 weeks. Down about 4-4.5 pounds. Hello from California!

Hi,
I too use intermittent fasting and try to only eat between 12 - 8pm. Sometimes it's very hard especially if I exercise late which does happen when kids are around. I have found it helpful and it has stopped me suffering with indigestion and heartburn along with helping me to lose 2 stone since February 😁0 -
