58 pound difference- same location, 6 years apart

I wanted to share this before and after photo... they were both taken at Angkor Wat, Cambodia. The first photo was in 2013 at 200 pounds, the second photo was taken in 2019, also at Angkor Wat, Cambodia at 140 pounds! I hope this is motivating to anyone out there that could use it today!!

    Thank you so much! I had a minor (5 pound) slide back this year and I got back on track. I was starting to get down on myself and came across these pictures which made me realize that it’s been a long, overall successful journey. Before and after pics helped me a lot when I first started so I wanted to see if anyone else might get some motivation from these!
