Help! I was doing so well for the first 3-4 weeks using the app - dropped 7 lbs. Now, for the past 3 weeks my weight has stayed the same. Any advice?

Change things up some if you can with your exercise and make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Are you weighing your food with a digital scale to make sure you are getting the accurate portion? Logging? If you are doing all of that... then just hold tight and keep pushing because it will shift. I stayed in a plateau for a little over a month.

I am currently at a plateau as well. However, I’ve been at this for 6 months now (down 27 lbs. Yay!) and I’ve noticed a distinct pattern. I tend to stay steady (maybe even gain a little) right before that time of month. If I keep working, I will lose a few pounds the day after I start and it will stay gone. It can be really frustrating, but now that I can see the graph, it helps me stay motivated.

I would witness an increase on the scale around my period, but I had a hysterectomy in March and even though I do still witness some PMS symptoms... it is nothing like before. Y'all just don't give up!! Keep pushing.. you will break through them.

Weight fluctuations (and stalls) are frustrating, but completely normal. Read this: http://physiqonomics.com/the-weird-and-highly-annoying-world-of-scale-weight-and-fluctuations/

I've also struggled with a plateau with my weight after losing 17+ lbs. What I found helpful was to start leaning away from the scale and more towards how clothes started fitting. Also changing up my diet and exercise! I found that carbs can be our friend during these times to give an extra boost of energy prior to working out. Hopefully this helps.
