Paid for premium today. Just got married a month ago. Was doing great a few months ago when I was trying to get beach ready. But since we’ve been back I’ve gained 5-6 lbs and I feel like crap!! The heaviest I’ve ever been since being pregnant. Definitely going thru menopause at 53. Need help losing weight. Exercise is not the problem, I work out 4-5 days a week and it varies from HIIT to cardio to resistance training. Adjusted my macros protein 40/carbs 30/fat 30. I would love an accountability partner

90% of weight loss comes in the kitchen, not the gym. Have you calculated how many calories you need daily? Do you weigh all solid and semi solid foods and measure all liquids?
Start by entering your stats into MFP and follow the recommendations given. Log everything you eat and drink. Eat as much as possible from individual foods instead of pre-made meals. Once you have 4-6 weeks of logging, you can start tweaking to fit more specific needs. Your current macro breakdown isn't too far off the defaults so go ahead and try that first.
FYI, there is no thing as a sugar addiction. What there IS is a lack of impulse control over hyper palatable foods.0

You'll find sugar addiction is a... ummm... controversial subject here
Regardless, try not to focus too much on "Halp, I can't control sugar!". Sometimes it's actually easier to focus on what you need MORE of in your diet, and let that stuff push out the other stuff you don't need. And sometimes calling something an addiction is a self-fulfilling prophesy.

I have calculated my caloric intake. No more than roughly 1200 calories for me as my job is sedentary. When I’m not working I’m on the move constantly. And moderation is an issue for me, we don’t keep chips or sugar at home. The workplace is the culprit for me. What about macros based on body type? Endomorph. And yes, helpful article. Will delve into it when I have more time to do the research which I’m certain I’ve already done1

Macros based on body type is pseudoscience. There is nothing to it. If your calorie intake is based on being sedentary, make sure you eat back at least 50% of the calories earned for purposeful exercise. Eventually you may need to eat back more but 50% is a good starting point.
Also, going back to your OP, menopause is a blessing for anyone trying to lose weight. You no longer have all the crazy hormones cycling with the accompanying water weight gain and cravings. I had the easiest time ever losing after menopause.2
