    Do an internet search with key words cardiovascular-disease crisis heart attack and you should get access. It’s a good read.

    I tried the link and as saraonly8813 said it requires subscription, however I googled "cardiovascular-disease crisis heart attack" and found the article and apart from a pop up advert for a cut price subscription was able to read the article. It is very interesting. Well worth the effort of searching for it. Many thanks.
