👌 but! Made with boiled lean ground beef, mushrooms, blended strained tomatoes over a high carb sauce, two noodle layers, and the cheese portion is 1/2 ricotta 1/2 nonfat Greek yogurt with egg white, no difference in taste. If the tomatoes too thin for you add some physillium husk

Odd combo butttt, flat out wrap pizza (red pepper hummus protien kind), with 100 grams cooked chicken breast in Greek yogurt and buffalo sauce, mushrooms, zuchini and spinach, then a lean center cut steak on the side, was sloppy and far from a pizza but tasted like a delish mess urxa9ewafmdmmy.jpeg

For a simple lunch use a grill pan or BBQ to chargrill your favorite vegetables and some prawns then toss in a little dressing for extra flavour.
Edit: Lightly oil the pan or hot plate when chargrilling - not the veggies or prawns. Dressings I use are (1 tsp low sodium soy mixed with 1/2 tsp hoisin sauce) or balsamic vinegar.
