Hi Guys! I'm back in the building! 37th time is the charm right??? I'm looking for some new friends to motivate me and allow me to do the same. Right now, I'm juicing in the mornings, eating lots of steamed veggies, drinking lots of water and cheating the rest of the time. 80-20 - I'm good most of the day! This method has actually got me down 9 lbs in two weeks. Needless to say probably lots of bloat and water weight but happy still! Look forward to meeting some of you!!!
