Hello and Help?!

I’m a returning MFP user. About 2.5 years ago I was in the best shape I had been in since having children. I was only 10-15 lbs from my pre-baby weight and felt amazing! I was doing CG 3 days per week and eating mostly healthy. Then my husband’s work schedule changed and I couldn’t make it to my 5am workouts and I spiraled our of control. Before I knew it, here I am 35 lbs heavier and feeling disappointed in myself. I’m trying to refocus but the addiction to sweets is so hard! I’m going back to CG and now I just need to get food motivated. I know once I start working out, my food choices naturally improve. However, I struggle with food allergies and it really impacts eating healthy sometimes....I am allergic to avocado, mango, banana, melons, and a whole host of other items. Anyone else in the same boat? Who needs to lose 50 lbs with me? Any CGers? Thanks!
