I’ve been using the Map my run app for awhile and having friends on the app seems to be hugely helpful to stay motivated! I’m hoping to use the my fitness pal app the same. Ultimately I just want to build healthier eating habits but shedding some fat and building muscle would be awesome too! I’m kicking it off with a ten day cleanse then on to a balanced diet...hopefully lol!

    Lol, carefully! I go rock climbing 2-3 times a month. I don’t know that I would say I’m good but I enjoy it, it’s a fun way to get outside.

    Rock climbing has always been something I’d like to try! Too bad I’m a chicken when it comes to heights! How’d you get started with it?

    ashleyloveless11, I love rock climbing! Probably the easiest way is to find a local indoor climbing gym, most offer numerous difficulty levels and instruction in a very non threatening environment then if you find you like it you can start going with people you meet at the gym to outdoor climbing areas.
