Friends and motivation

So 7 years ago I was running 6/8 miles per day and keeping very active. Then I had a career change and I have put on a lot of weight. Over 125 Pounds! I’d love to see how much I can lose with my long term goal to get back to around 200/210 and to be able to run again like I used to. (Although not every day)

Looking for a few people to add me that are also trying to lose weight or anyone that likes to keep healthy to help keep us motivated to keep at things.

    I used to be fit as well. I ran every day, around 6-8 miles, and really enjoyed it.
    Now, half a mile has me hating life. haha
    I'm still trying to figure out exactly how that happened.
