I didn’t lose weight this week

Starting at 180 and currently at 165. I’ve been losing 2lbs a week consistently for a month. Today I’m the same weight I was last week. I don’t know why

Weight fluctuates for many reasons. I am surprised it took you this long to have a stagnant week. It is a normal part of the process and happens to all of us many times on our journey.13

Try keeping track of your measurements in inches using a measuring tape. (Arms, waist, neck, hips, etc) A lot of times you'll find the scale number refuses to budge while the inches are melting off. It's a nice way to keep your spirits up while you're waiting for the scale to do its thing.2

Same thing happened to me this week. Just be patient. Give it 3-4 weeks before deciding you need to make a major change.2

Weight loss is not always linear. I'll sometimes go 2 or 3 weeks before seeing weight come off. Usually due to increased sodium intake (water rentention) TOM, among other factors. Also, it might be a good idea to consider changing your weight loss goal to 1 lb/week now that you're down to 165. You're may find it really difficult to sustain as you continue on otherwise. I don't know your height or anything so I could be off base but something to think about.5
