Run 5k at least three times a week, stop binging (which means no more peanut butter!).0

Great Post! Writing out goals is like making a road map to our goal.
Make mini-goal of 135lbs by 9/28
Workout Schedule-
Strength Training- Physique 57's 30min DVDs (Mon-Fri Mornings)
Cardio- 30 min at lunch or after work (Mon-Fri)
Bootcamp (Satruday Morning)
Sunday- rest day
Diet-
Clean foods, unprocessed, organic only
1200 calories per day (Mon-Fri)
1500 calories per day (Sat-Sun)
Red wine on Friday or Saturday Evenings only
