I'm new to the app and new to counting calories. In my first week I've lost two pounds. I just started drinking water regularly and haven't had any sugar drinks in the last week. I'm worried I'm going to lose my will to want to lose weight. I haven't started the exercise portion yet because I don't have the motivation to do it. I'm just looking for other people who are in the place that I am in to help lift each other up.
