I'm new as well and want to really get motivation to do this and I want to be able to look in the mirror and feel good about myself instead of feeling like a fat lard. and i'm only 160 and i am 5'4 and 27 yrs old. it's just my thighs, stomach, and butt.
not sure what exercises to do and I have started cutting back on eating.0 -
I'm new, are there any features for diabetics to track blood sugar levels to correlate to your dietary database that anyone knows of?0

I'm Margaret and I'm new too. I just found out about this site from a gal at the gym today. I wanted to try it. It's just like the other one I joined called Spark People.com. I like knowing that the more I exercise, the more I can eat. I ate 3 meals today so far and still have 200 left to play with. I did 60 min. of exercise today too so it was a good day.0
