Weight Training is making me HUNGRY

Hey guys,
I have about 45 pounds to lose and have successfully lost 23 lbs so far. I am currently a 177lbs 5'7 female. I was doing fine with being in a deficit for a while but I am finding it hard to maintain! I am super hungry after a particularly difficult training session, and the hunger is usually the following day after training...
I decided to eat at maintenance today to account for my hunger pangs, but I am getting a little bit discouraged. My weight loss has become slow and I am losing my motivation! I love strength training and wouldn't give that up, but this whole deficit thing is getting irritating as I feel the light at the end of the tunnel is so far!

Check out this thread- we were just talking about this. Seems to be a common issue.0 -
Are you eating back your exercise calories? When you lift, you burn more calories, so you are supposed to be eating more than when you didn't lift.1

hey sorry for late reply!
yes I do eat back my exercise calories (usually at least half or all if i'm hungry lol). I am also talking about days where I don't lift. I am super hungry.0 -
