Weight Training is making me HUNGRY

Hey guys,

I have about 45 pounds to lose and have successfully lost 23 lbs so far. I am currently a 177lbs 5'7 female. I was doing fine with being in a deficit for a while but I am finding it hard to maintain! I am super hungry after a particularly difficult training session, and the hunger is usually the following day after training...

I decided to eat at maintenance today to account for my hunger pangs, but I am getting a little bit discouraged. My weight loss has become slow and I am losing my motivation! I love strength training and wouldn't give that up, but this whole deficit thing is getting irritating as I feel the light at the end of the tunnel is so far!
