I am in my 50's and about 20 pounds overweight. I took up Pilates 6 months ago, and have been going every day. In the beginning I thought I'd see changes in my body pretty fast, but after 3 months didn't look much different. I kept at it daily, and now after 6 months I can see the changes, and other people can too! I still need to watch my calories because that's the only way the rest of the fat is coming off, but I'm so glad I stuck with it!

Congratulations! Had you taken your measurements before you started?

I didn't - wish I had. I did take a photo of myself in my undies and just took another one and side by side it's a big change. I also notice I look much better from the side, because my butt is slimming down. Woo hoo!

Yes!! Congrats! I wish I'd taken "before" photos... I've been rowing. I haven't lost much weight at all, but I look and feel totally different and I've lost a couple of inches. Keep it up! :)
