Online Personal Trainer

Does anyone here use an online personal trainer? I'm looking for someone that will provide a meal plan and workout plan and check in regularly. I'm not looking for a Beachbody Coach. I have a gym membership and find the environment motivating. Looking for recommendations. Thanks!

I don’t use one but I go to a gym that has a guy who does it and he’s awesome. I just happen to train under another guy bc that’s how it worked out. If interested let me know and I’ll pm details so you can research him1

There are a couple here, and every once in a while he will take on new clients. @SideSteel, knows his stuff and nice guy5

Might want to check out mybodytutor.com with Adam Gilbert. It's accountability related. I've received some interesting emails but have not personally used their services yet.1

I have used 3 online trainers in the past. 2 good ones, 1 *kitten* one. @venerando on here is a good one. His deets can be googled on Flexible Anabolic Nutrition @flexible_anabolic_nutrition on IG but if you google it i think his website comes up. https://fanptusa.com/about/ He's awesome.
The other good one that I used unfortunately now has terminal cancerand i'm not sure how much work she is taking on. http://dianakidd.com.au/
oh - both of these don't provide actual meal plans but provide macros and education around food rather than "eat chicken and broccoli"

oh - and also one more https://www.littlelyssfitness.com/ she is great. I haven't used her personally, but I follow her on IG and she is no nonsense no *kitten* and appears to have a variety of plans to tailor to your needs. Again, I don't know from personal experience, but appears to be decent.3

He does. He has the education, background and experience. He has been a great help to me and others here for years. If I wanted input from someone whose knowledge base and experience I trusted, he is the guy. Not the only one here. We are fortunate to have a few (only a few) that really know their stuff. Niner is one I would have complete trust in. That is saying a lot because i am a sceptic at heart.4 -
