Nursing/Pumping mom of 2, want a few more friends

Hi, most of my friends are inactive. Just hoping to get a handful more. Not begging for comments and tons of activity; just a like or two here or there when it’s warranted and being able to see your progress as well will be very motivating for me. I have lost 25 lb from right before my son was born, to today - 24 days later. A lot of that was water/ fluids, but my weight loss has finally slowed down and I think I’m actually losing fat now. I have 15 lb to go for pre-baby weight, then another 15 for my ideal/ ultimate goal weight.

I would not recommend doing anything other than nursing and/or pumping until your baby is 12 weeks old. Definitely not starting a new exercise regime or calorie restriction at least until the doctor has cleared you at 6 weeks. Drink plenty of fluids and eat healthy food to match your appetite, your body is still regulating your supply.
I started exercising when my youngest was 6 months, started counting calories when he was 8 months and didn't tightly restrict. I still lost weight very quickly while breastfeeding. He will be 2 in August and I'm still nursing him. I've lost my weight and maintained it for a while.2 -
I'm active, have a toddler and currently pregnant! Adding now2

Just joined. I have a 2yr and a 2.5m old how are you ladies doing? Since my last was born, I lost 23lbs, still have 10lbs more to lose for prepregnancy weight and then 30-ish more for where I want to be. I'm 5'11", so we'll see if it's even realistic to want my weight back at my mid 20's 😅1

lollolol19 I tried to add you, but I don’t think it worked. Noel2fit, I accepted your request, thank you! Existingfish, I appreciate your advice. I’m not trying to restrict calories/diet right now, just making sure I eat healthier, and don’t overeat. I plan to start with just walking more, and not add any additional exercise until after 6 weeks for sure. I just want to make sure I continue on the weight loss trend and don’t start re-gaining or plateau for too long.1

Hello All,
I’m 3 month PP and returned to work today. I did my first workout today. Pre-second baby 135lbs, currently 160lbs. I have an online coach and I start the program next week. Excited to see what results I get. Breastfeeding/pumping AD momma1 -
Don’t know what I’m doing wrong but it won’t let me add friends - im clicking names, then the photo, then I see a little person icon with a plus. I click that, but it does nothing. I’m on an iPhone rather than a desktop, is that the problem?0

How do you add friends? Lol0
