I have gained about 25 pounds, I am 5’1 and with extremely high cholesterol. I have no control of what I eat. At the moment that I am eating I just don’t even think about the consequence. I do not know what’s wrong with me, I just don’t care at the moment, depressed at times.😩

    Hi Amy - are you taking any steps to correct your diet ? or starting to exercise?
    It's a beautiful morning - go outside & take a walk before it gets too hot

    I suggest to start diligently logging your food, weight and exercise here on this site and log even the days you lose control. Then it just becomes a process of learning about yourself and about what's happening with you food-wise.

    Lots of people binge eat to cover uncomfortable emotions. I had to learn other better ways, like taking walks, cleaning a room, watching funny TV, whatever it takes to stop that habit.

    If you're truly depressed, please get some help. You deserve better and don't need to live that way.

    Good advise - also find a regular exercise program - written by a pro & follow it - something like Strong Curves or Starting Strength - and keep at it
