My gym was closed today and it was supposed to be a push day, will it cause harm to combine today and tomorrow's workouts in one day?

Hard to say definitively without knowing what your workouts are. It really depends on if doing them both together will cause to push you beyond your limits or not. That could increase the risk of injury. But doing two separate workouts where you workout for longer than normal isn't in and of itself harmful.1

Well at the moment I am lifting really light for most of the compounds because I fell out of my routine for a while...so mostly just trying go get my body adjusted to the movements again.0

Take it back outside and lift some heavy things. One day won't mess you up too much.0
