Newbie! Weight Gain Journey! Looking for advice!

Wanting to put on lbs & tone muscles! 35yo 5'4 123lbs. Goal 135lbs. Just started taking Apetamin. Need beginner workout & lifting regimen & easy weight gain meals/snacks since I'm on the go A LOT!

Do you currently weigh your food and track your intake? If not I would hold off on the Apetamin. Start by putting your stats into MFP and selecting to gain .5lb a week, and eat that much. If you're having trouble because that seems like a lot of food then focus on high calorie, low volume foods like nut butters, full fat dairy, fatty meats, etc. There is a list of lifting programs in the most helpful stickies at the top of the weight gain forum, look through those and pick one.0
